A few practical details
Please provide water, electricity, safe access and fresh linen if needed. Guest restocking, laundry and specialist work are quoted separately. Tell us about delicate surfaces or product sensitivities before the visit.
The household paper towel allowance is supplied once per serviced property each calendar month. Existing confirmed arrangements change by written agreement. Read our service terms.
What is included in a standard clean?
We follow the agreed room checklist for an occupied home in reasonably maintained condition. Standard cleaning covers routine dust and normal bathroom and kitchen use.
Routine work
- Dust accessible surfaces and remove light cobwebs.
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms for normal use.
- Wipe kitchen counters, backsplash, sink, stovetop surface and appliance exteriors.
- Sweep or vacuum, then damp mop suitable floors.
- Clean mirrors, handles and switches.
- Make beds with clean customer supplied linen and empty small bins using suitable ELCS cleaning bin bags.
Quoted separately
- Heavy grease, thick soap scum, mineral buildup, mould treatment or stain restoration.
- Full glass panes, tracks, screens, security grilles or exterior windows.
- Inside ovens, refrigerators, cupboards or drawers.
- Extensive dishes, decluttering, rubbish removal, laundry or moving heavy furniture.
We explain and price extra work before doing it. If buildup prevents a proper maintenance clean, we may recommend a Fresh Start deep clean instead.

Starting price eligibility: one bedroom with one bathroom up to 600 sq ft; two bedrooms with one bathroom up to 900 sq ft; three bedrooms with up to two bathrooms up to 1,200 sq ft. These are package limits, not estimates of your property size. The living area and kitchen are included within that total floor area.
Additional bathrooms, larger floor areas, verandas, balconies, extra rooms and heavier buildup are assessed before the final quote. Homes with four or more bedrooms, villas, offices, shops, strata common areas and construction cleaning receive a tailored assessment.
Existing issued quotes and agreed account rates remain in effect unless changed in writing.
How additional work is priced
For maintained standard cleaning, an extra full bathroom starts at J$2,000 and a half bathroom at J$1,000. Extra floor area starts at J$1,000 per additional 150 sq ft or part. A small extra room up to 150 sq ft starts at J$2,500; one veranda or balcony up to 100 sq ft and one laundry room up to 150 sq ft each start at J$1,500. Refrigerator interior starts at J$2,500 and stove or oven interior at J$4,500 per ordinary appliance. Light sorting starts at J$1,500 for one small accessible area during the visit. Extra rooms do not include another bedroom. Heavier buildup, detailed windows, grilles and larger tasks need assessment. We do not charge twice for the same task.
Your quote shows cleaning, additions, final route travel, any approved special-day premium and the full total before payment. Extra work or time needs your written approval before it begins. A crew taking longer does not automatically create another customer charge.

The home-size and customer choices above determine whether your total includes an initial full-price clean. Cleaning discounts are 5% for two visits, 10% for three and 20% for four. The discount does not apply to travel, extra work, tolls or special-day premiums.
Your first visit is different. It is charged at the full agreed standard or deep-cleaning rate, based on the work needed. A new customer does not automatically need a deep clean. When your first visit is included in a plan, only later maintenance visits receive the plan discount.

For example, a qualifying one-bedroom four-visit first cycle is J$12,000 for the first standard clean plus three maintenance visits at J$10,000 each, or J$42,000 prepaid. The next four-maintenance-visit cycle starts at J$40,000. If the first visit needs an agreed J$20,000 deep clean, that initial cycle starts at J$50,000 instead.
What qualifies, and how does payment work?
- Starting limits: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom up to 600 sq ft; 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom up to 900 sq ft; 3 bedrooms and up to 2 bathrooms up to 1,200 sq ft. Living areas and the kitchen are within that total floor area.
- Routine household products and tools are included. General cleaning normally uses two staff, with the team and checklist confirmed for your property.
- Plans are accepted after a property, staffing and cost review. Larger homes, heavier work and farther travel need an assessed quote. We explain any different price before you commit.
- We agree each service date in writing. A plan buys its named number of visits, not unlimited cleaning or every week in a month. Extra visits are separately quoted. There is no automatic renewal.
- Pay the full agreed cycle in advance, before its first visit. Requests and payment screenshots alone do not secure an appointment.
- Pilot discounts cannot be combined with other offers or negotiated account rates. Airbnb, commercial, strata and construction services use separate arrangements. Existing confirmed bookings keep their agreed terms.
- Rescheduling, cancellation, credits and unused payments follow the accepted Service Terms, with a fair written account of visits and payments. Extra work needs approval before it starts.
All amounts are Jamaican dollars. This is a controlled pilot, with a maximum 20% cleaning discount for eligible properties. Read payment arrangements.

Which areas do you serve?
We serve Kingston, St Andrew and Portmore. Other locations can be arranged, subject to availability. Any travel charge outside our Kingston and St Andrew base area is confirmed with your quote before booking.
Can my first clean be standard cleaning?
Yes, if the home is already reasonably maintained. If the photos or walkthrough show heavy buildup, we will recommend a deeper first service and quote it before booking.
Do you clean inside the oven or refrigerator?
Those interiors are separate tasks. Tell us what needs attention so we can include the work in your written quote.
Are full windows and security grilles included?
Standard cleaning includes accessible interior sills and ledges, not full window detailing. Glass panes, tracks, screens and grilles need a separate quote. Fixed grilles can limit safe access.
How do I confirm my appointment?
Send your property details and photos, accept the written quote and make the required payment. We then confirm the appointment. See payments and booking.
Need care beyond a home clean?
For a smaller reset, a property after construction or common areas, we assess and quote the specific work.

From J$47,000, subject to property and location assessment. For fine dust and ordinary residue after the contractor removes tools, materials and major debris.
Paint, cement, grout, adhesive and silicone removal must be identified before booking. High access work, exterior glass and specialist machinery require separate approval.

Assessed plans for apartment and strata common areas, maintained Airbnb units and suitable commercial spaces.
Household cleaning includes routine ELCS branded products and tools. Common area and commercial supply arrangements are specified in the written plan. Airbnb turnovers use host-supplied products and main equipment, with ELCS providing staff PPE, clean cloths and a small backup kit. Your agreement names the zones, tasks, exact visits, exclusions, fee, access, reporting and advance payment. Initial deep restoration is separate.

Free online assessment
Our free initial assessment is online, using your photos, walkthrough video, WhatsApp messages or an arranged call. It is not a free visit to the property.
If an on-site assessment is needed, we agree the travel fee with you before travelling. The agreed assessment travel fee is shown separately on your invoice when the job agreement is confirmed. Cleaning attendance travel, if applicable, is identified separately. We do not charge the same visit twice; any payment already received is deducted from the amount still due.
An assessment does not reserve a cleaning crew. Your written scope, final price, available time and required payment must be confirmed before the booking is accepted.
