Erica’s Laundry & Cleaning Services is a family business serving Kingston, St Andrew and Portmore, with other areas by arrangement. We clean homes and Airbnb properties and provide personalised laundry, pressing and steaming.

How ELCS started
Erica’s Laundry & Cleaning Services is a family-run Kingston business founded by Govine Jarrett in November 2025. Govine named it for his mother, Erica Brown, whose more than 10 years of hands-on experience caring for garments and homes helped shape the service.
Today, ELCS provides Property Care and Garment Care across Kingston, St Andrew and Portmore, with other locations arranged individually. We listen to what each customer needs, agree on the scope and price before work begins, and pay attention to the finish.

Erica Brown guides our care standards. Govine Jarrett manages operations and bookings. Shannalee McLeish supports marketing and performance analysis. Our service team carries out the agreed cleaning and garment care work.
Our goal is fair pay, manageable workloads and suitable tools, with enough time to do the job properly. Clear communication and respect matter to us, both with customers and within the team.

Our two divisions cover cleaning for your property and care for your clothes.
Garment Care
Personalised Wash and Dry or Wash, Dry and Fold, plus pressing and steaming. Orders are kept separate, with fabric care and ready times agreed before processing.
