Garment Care Assistant

One practical role across personalised laundry, pressing and steaming. Keep each customer's order separate, check care labels and condition, record pieces and weights, then wash, dry, fold or finish garments as required.

We're looking for

Practical laundry and pressing experience, including experience gained at home, and willingness to learn our process. Formal qualifications and certificates are optional.
Good judgement with colours, stains, heat sensitive fabrics and special care items.
Careful records, tidy finishing and reliable timekeeping. The work includes standing and lifting manageable loads.

Shifts vary with confirmed orders.

Property CareFrom J$450 gross per hour

Property Care Technician

Clean homes and prepare Airbnb properties to the approved scope. Follow host instructions and checklists, report missing supplies or damage, and help complete the final quality check.

We're looking for

Practical experience cleaning homes, guest accommodation or similar spaces, including experience gained at home, and willingness to learn. Formal qualifications and certificates are optional.
Timekeeping, safe product handling, attention to detail and respect for privacy.
Ability to work with a teammate and travel to approved jobs in Kingston, St Andrew, Portmore and other arranged service locations.

Assignments vary by booking and guest windows.

Operations and Marketing, planned rolePlanned J$120,000 gross per month

Operations and Marketing Manager

Coordinate bookings, team assignments and customer updates across Property Care and Garment Care. Review quality, track results and help the owners plan local marketing.

We're looking for

At least two years coordinating operations or a team in a service setting.
A relevant diploma or certificate, or equivalent work experience.
Strong scheduling and customer communication, plus comfort with email, spreadsheets, booking tools and social media.

Expressions of interest are paused. Recruitment and start dates depend on business readiness and management approval.

The proposed plans also include dental and vision benefits, with the level of cover depending on the plan selected.

Protection for your future

Group life and accidental death and dismemberment cover are included in the proposed schedule. Critical illness is an optional benefit still under review.

Our intended eligibility point is after a successful 90 day probation period. Group coverage also depends on the insurer’s requirements, including a minimum of five eligible employees and qualifying work hours. The final plan, contribution and start date will be confirmed in writing for eligible team members.

For non-management roles, formal qualifications and certificates are optional. We focus on relevant experience, practical ability and willingness to learn. References may be requested. If selected, you will need a valid ID, TRN and bank account details for payroll setup. We will arrange collection privately during onboarding. Please do not send identity, TRN or bank documents with your application.

How service shifts work

Part-time shifts depend on confirmed customer work and your agreed availability. Weekly hours may vary. Full-time schedules and expected weekly hours are agreed in the written offer.

We confirm the assignment, location, expected hours and pay before each shift. Pay is based on qualifying hours worked or any agreed paid minimum, with applicable premiums set out in written terms. Quality expectations do not reduce pay for hours worked.

All advertised pay is gross, before any applicable statutory deductions. Your employment arrangement, schedule and final terms are confirmed in writing before you start.
